On September 8, 2021, Dekker / Perich / Sabatini (DPS) presented the final versions of the Downtown Master Plans to the Planning and Zoning Commission for review and recommendation to County Council. Informed by the numerous public meetings to date, as well as input from the County Council and the Interdepartmental Review Committee, these plans contain a vision, goals, recommendations, and implementation priorities for the Downtown areas of Los Alamos and White Rock. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Master Plans to the County Council, whom will hear the plans on September 28, 2021.
