On October 19, 2021, Dekker / Perich / Sabatini (DPS) will present the final versions of the Downtown Master Plans to the County Council for consideration of adoption as an amendment to the 2016 Los Alamos County Comprehensive Plan. Informed by the numerous public meetings to date, as well as input from the Planning & Zoning Commission, County Council and the Interdepartmental Review Committee, these plans contain a vision, goals, recommendations, and implementation priorities for both Downtown areas. The plans include revisions informed by the the discussion at the September 28, 2021 County Council meeting.
